The ticket agent (Ticketmaster, Lippu.fi, Tiketti or another party) is primarily responsible for processing refund requests. Please check your ticket agent in the order confirmation. If you have any questions about the refund request or its status, please contact the ticket agent directly.
Refunds are paid to the original ticket buyer and the refund applies to the entire order.
Please note that processing times for refund requests can vary from a few days to weeks.
If your event has been cancelled or moved, and you have not received your refund within 30 days of the refund request, please contact the ticket agent's customer service directly.
