All up-to-date information related to our events, including cancellation or re-scheduling, can be found on the event's own page at www.livenation.fi and on the ticket agent's website.
If, for any reason, the event is postponed/re-scheduled, the event organizer, together with the artist organization, will strive to reschedule the event as soon as possible. The postponement of the event and a possible new date will be notified via the ticket company by e-mail to the address registered by the purchaser on their account.
Already purchased tickets will be valid for the new date as is, unless stated otherwise.
If the new date is not suitable, it is possible to return purchased tickets to their point of purchase. The refund request must be sent in accordance with the instructions provided by the last return date, however, no later than 2 months after the event organizer has announced a new date for the event. The refund only applies to the ticket base price, not to any service, delivery or handling fees charged by the ticket agent.
