The information is sent to the original ticket buyer, to the e-mail address given at time of purchase. If you haven't received an email 24 hours before the event, contact the address mentioned in the order confirmation or package terms & conditions, or the ticket agent.

If you have bought the package as a gift, it is the responsibility of the original buyer to forward the necessary instructions to the end user of the VIP package.
