If you have an electronic ticket (e-ticket), you do not need to print it out. The ticket barcode / QR code can be read either from a PDF file or from an application on your phone screen. Please make sure that the brightness of your screen is set high enough and that the screen is intact, so that the ticket can be scanned successfully. To speed up entry, please open the file or the ticket application in advance.

If you have a physical paper ticket bought or picked up at a ticket outlet, you must have it with you at the venue.

Note! A photo is not a valid ticket, i.e. screenshots or photos of tickets cannot be scanned.
