In order to make our events safe for all parties, all items or substances are not allowed into the event. At our events, security checks are carried out upon arrival. Please note that there is not possibility to store items (cloakroom) in all venues.
We recommend leaving large backpacks and luggage at home or in the cloakroom for the duration of the event.
The list of prohibited items/substances includes, but is not limited to:
- Bringing dangerous substances and objects to the event or its vicinity is strictly prohibited in order to guarantee the safety of the public.
These substances and objects include, but are not limited to: firearms, knives, knives and other sharp weapons, sharp staple belts, hairspray bottles and other aerosols, liquids, alcohol, narcotics, fireworks and laser pointers. - Photography with smartphones and small digital cameras is allowed. SLR cameras (= camera with removable optics), video cameras and GoPro devices, drones, selfie sticks, tape recorders, tablet computers and laptops are prohibited. Power banks are allowed.
- Bottles and jars (glass, plastic, metal).
- Camping furniture (stools, tables, grills)
- Prams and buggies. In some cases, strollers can be left in the cloakroom, if there is space available.
- Bringing umbrellas is prohibited for safety and visibility reasons, especially in outdoor events. In case of rain, please bring e.g. a raincoat or a disposable raincoat. All umbrellas must be left in the cloakroom.
- Medicine and equipment necessary for health reasons are allowed. Please bring a prescription or doctor's certificate with you, which you can present to the staff if needed.
- Fan signs and flags are allowed, but they must not be raised in the air in front of the stage or anywhere else where they can hinder the visibility of others. Event personnel/security may ask you to lower your sign. You should leave the poles and sticks of flags and banners at home, as they are prohibited from being brought into the venue for safety reasons.
- Crowd surfing is prohibited for safety reasons and will lead to removal from the concert.
Ultimately, security personnel make the final decisions about what can be brought to the event. If a security person finds prohibited objects or substances during the security inspection, they have the right to remove and dispose of the item.
