Live Nation Finland warmly welcomes fans with reduced mobility and other customers in need of personal assistants to our events and we work together with venues to ensure the proper arrangements.
For most of our events, it is possible to get an assistant free of charge. Personal assistant policies may vary from event to event, so all customers that wish to receive an assistant ticket, we ask you to contact the ticket agent or us before purchasing any tickets, so we can recommend the right solutions for your specific needs.
Please keep in mind that you may need to provide proof for need of assistance upon arrival to the event, e.g. a formal assistant card (EU Disability Card, Card for Visually Impaired), doctor’s / medical certificate or other equivalent document.
Wheelchair tickets & assistants
In most cases, an assistant is included in a wheelchair ticket and therefore you will not need a separate ticket for your assistant. This will be communicated in the ticket purchase process.
For most of our events, wheelchair tickets will be available for purchase online, by phone and in ticket outlets.
Need for assistant (no wheelchair)
Orders with need for separate assistant tickets cannot be purchased online.
If you are in need of an assistant, you can order tickets by calling the ticket agent's customer service or by visiting a ticket outlet.
