If you have bought your ticket in an online store, you can often find your ticket in your own profile by logging in to the ticket agent's website for the event with the credentials used for the purchase. You can check the ticket agent in your order confirmation.
If you can't find your tickets in your profile, please contact the ticket agent directly.

To prevent any misuse, tickets cannot be re-printed even if we have information of the buyer or seats. We strongly recommend to keep good care of your ticket, electronic or printed, and store it in a safe place until the event.
